I LISTEN on the wind, where messages reveal in SYNCHRONISTIC ways..A HAWK flies up above in the rich azul sky.
The landscape stretches far beyond the eye, RED ROCKS peek out from vista to vista along the bending road. How does one possibly see and experience it all in just a few days and fully soak in SEDONA has to offer?
The TREES have so much to teach us, simply by their natural PRESENCE….note to self…THE SWEET SPOT lies within. Nowhere else to be, but, HERE. One could chase VORTEXES all day long to realize that the very EARTH we rest upon in this very moment, is THE place to BE. Truly, what is more MAGICal than LISTENing and FEELing and BEing the spaciousness of each and every moment. CENTER. BREATHE.. Live with GRATITUDE. BE HERE NOW. No place to BE but HERE In the PRESENT.

CATHEDRAL ROCK INVITES US TO THE TOP…
CENTERED and GROUNDED…I LISTEN…I FEEL.
I hear a message on the wind. A VISION of CATHEDRAL ROCK flashes like a jolt of LIGHTNING. “Let’s GO, Tyler!”
The moment lifts us into full motion…literally swept off my feet, I inspire a brisk pace..I feel elated, excited and PRESENT…BREATHE…hee hee…
We climb the luscious RedRock witnessing the glory of the tall spires ahead.
My WINGS soar ahead as I leave Tyler to enjoy some time down midway as I feel the call to scale the luscious RED ROCKS. Timeless and spacious, I feel…Inviting and invigorating, the land feels.
A paradise awaits set in stone by the MYSTERY of CREATION. I step up onto the ridge, where the heavens meet the sky…I walk to the edge where the winds swirl and dance…I FEEL like a HAWK high above in the sky…
My incredible LIGHTNESS OF BEING calls me to rest closer to the RED EARTH, straddling a giant rock formation as luminous winds soar and spiral around and within.
VISIONS swirling…MAGIC A FOOT…I FEEL gravity pulling me back to the widened ridge, in the time and space where wind settles inside a sunny still path…
I notice out of the corner of my eye Tyler waiting there to greet me…HONORing his sensitivity to the sight of me hanging at the edge of cliff, I RESPECTfully refrain from further stirring the Proverbial VERTIGO Soup…I am so happy to see that he made it up to the top!
I spread my WINGS and fly towards him, my feet now planted lightly on the EARTH below.

PRE FULL MOON CEREMONY
FULL MOON On the RISE… I feel the RED EARTH inviting a ceremony. I JOIN her, spontaneously climbing the path above our NEST, here at THE PEACEFUL BUDDHA SANCTUARY.
PANORAMIC views inspire in all directions..A circle is initiated in the presence of a spiraling Cypress Tree…HONORing the SEVEN DIRECTIONS in the setting of the SUN…PLANTING SEEDS for NEW VISIONS to CRYSTALize….
…A HUMMINGBIRD buzzes by. It caches my eye.
I WEAVE and STEP inside the circle to synchronize with loved ones all around e GLOBE.
A prayer set in TUNE for the UNITY of HUMANITY now etched in the very BEINGNESS of the RED ROCKS…honoring all LIFE…SEEN and UNSEEN…A vision awakens from deep within the fertile soil…Spontaneously CRYSTALizing into FORM…dancing and weaving magic…DREAMS now MANIFESTING In REALITY..
I am touched by the MAGIC and PRESENCE here. Thank You, dear SEDONA. An HONOR it is to COMMUNE with you…
The CHANGING OF THE WINDs inspires me to complete the circle…as I SPONTANEOUSLY LIFT and SPREAD my wings in a new direction, leaving an imprint of LOVE upon her RED EARTH skin, as she does mine.
I climb back down the hill into the nest where Sobi (the dog) greets me with a wagging tail and greets me with a SUNny smile…
